Why would I want to take !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! I have on my phone and my computer and pay extra money to have it again just so I can only use it in one room in my house?

I actually haven't read what echo does yet, but it's the potential that's most interesting
Have one in every room, connected to smart devices (lights, AC, power outlets, etc).

They are $100 for Prime members but it is invite only and I doubt they'll let you buy seven of them at that price if list price is $200.

From watching the video it doesn't look like it has the functionality you require. It's pretty much Siri in a tube.
